A combination of low to medium impact barre exercises and power moves to increase heart health and tone muscles. This is a fun, tempo-paced workout!
Equipment needed: light weights < 5 lbs.
We do 3 exercises, 2 sets...tapping into those feel good hormones quickly! We increase endurance, agility, balance and strength by using multiple muscles groups in exercises. This creates a big metabolic demand. Loosen up tight muscles with the mobility warmup and finishing with flexibility.
Spend the first 10 minutes doing power moves like boxing and pushups. Spend the last 10 minutes doing toning and flexibility. Equipment Needed: a sturdy chair, couch, stool or countertop. For ages 10+.
