Balanced Pilates is for all fitness levels, and it's FULL of variety. We bring the perfect combination of high energy pilates, strength & cardio with dumbbells, mat Pilates, and boxing Pilates.

Three days a week (Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's):
-Workouts under 30 minutes
-Monday's are high energy Pilates incorporating standing and mat work with weights.
-Wednesday's will make you sweat - choose between boxing Pilates, strength & cardio duo, or cardio with dumbbells.
-Friday's are mat Pilates and flexibility.
-If you want more cardio, we include an optional fourth day OR you can choose from our Balanced Pilates with running calendar.

    Classic mat work that targets full body. Specific cues and progressions allow the body to gain flexibility, strength and balance. This basic mat series is for all levels with added modifications to make it easier or more difficult.

    Equipment Needed: one set of super light dumbbells <4 lbs.

  • Mat Pilates & Balance

    In this Pilates workout we fire up the posterior chain (glutes and back) for the first 8 minutes, followed by a plank series, then all abs and finishing with a feel-good stretch. We use a hand towel to weave mobility in each move.

  • Mat Pilates with Advanced Flexibility

    This all-impact cardio workout works both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. With bursts of hard work followed by moderate cardio moves, you will build a healthy heart while burning fat.

    This workout comes from our Barre Sport program.

  • Cardio Hip Hop

    Sommer takes us through a dynamic stretch, then elevates the intensity with some hip hop moves. Sommer is a physical therapist that teaches dance full time. Using her vast expertise, she hopes to combine the two into dance therapy.

    This is one of those workout based on giving you a mental release and bettering heart health! We will use 8 different cardio moves to elevate the heart rate for a high-energy, low-impact cardio workout! Tabata-style 20 seconds go-time and 10 second recovery intervals. No equipment needed.
