Pilates with variety! A combo of high energy pilates, strength & cardio with dumbbells, Mat Pilates and Boxing Pilates. Just 30 minutes, 3 times per week.
This program is for all fitness levels, and it's FULL of variety:
-Workouts under 30 minutes
-Monday's are high energy Pilates incorporating standing and mat work with weights.
-Wednesday's will make you sweat - choose between boxing Pilates, strength & cardio duo, or cardio with dumbbells.
-Friday's are mat Pilates and flexibility.
-If you want more cardio, we include an optional fourth day OR you can choose from our Balanced Pilates with running calendar.
