Improve the capacity of the body's energy systems. Using our own bodyweight we perform compound moves, using multiple muscle groups, that create a higher metabolic demand. We follow these bouts of hard work with rest intervals. This FUN workout also includes functional movement patterns to increase the ability to move easily —in short we get a lot done in a short amount of time!
