This workout is all about the feel-good hormones! Agility is the body's ability to change direction ... we do this without added stress to the joints. In this interval style workout we also use dumbbells to tone and strengthen the upper body and core. Equipment Needs: 2 plastic cups or cones, light and medium weights.
