    This restorative yoga practice begins with some gentle stretching leading you into some restorative style poses that are very meditative and relaxing.

    Equipment needed: yoga mat

  • Roll & Restore

    We start with rolling through the tissues, then move into longer restorative stretches. Equipment needed: tennis ball, neck tie or hand towel. If you have rolled before you can use a lacrosse ball in place of the tennis ball.

  • Stretch: Flex 5

    5 full body stretches! Grab a neck tie, yoga strap or towel to assist in these stretches.
