Restoring Workouts = traditional strength and mobility with modifications. These workouts are best during treatment and beyond. Restoring workouts progressively add more range of motion and difficulty, starting with #1 as the easier workout.
Resources = informative videos, best for pre-surgery and post-surgery.
This HEALING workout includes:
-1-2 lb weights
-Row (with Theraband)
o Both arms at the same time squeezing between your shoulder blades
o One arm at a time with opposite leg forward
-Row with rotation
-Lat Pull Down (with Theraband)
-Triceps Extension (with Theraband)
o Single arm holding band to chest with opposite arm
o Both arms shutting band in the door
-Bent over T’s (with weights or soup cans)
-Shoulder Scaption (with weights)
-Shoulder Internal/External Rotation (with Theraband)
-Platter Exercise
-Pallof Press
Equipment: Theraband and 1-2 pound dumbbells, or soup cans
