All exercises can be performed once you have permission from your doctor and surgeon.
CALMING workouts quiet the nervous system and create mobility. These can be used at all stages. The numbered workouts are progressive, they require more strength and mobility as you go from 1 to 2 or 2 to 3. It's important that 1 is mastered before moving to 2.
HEALING workouts focus on creating healthy movement patterns 6 weeks+ after surgery or during treatment.
RESTORING workouts focus on one muscle group at a time without adding stress to your joints or energy level.
