  • DAY 2: Cardio Abs HIIT

    Tone your core and better your heart with this cardio core workout! Two minute high energy cardio spurts followed by two minutes of cardio core work, 4 circuits. Optional equipment: resistance loop.

  • DAY 3: Boot Camp Buns & Legs

    This boot camp style workout targets your heart rate, endurance and your lower body. Your goal is to complete all exercises for the full 60 seconds -- you can do this with or without weights.     Sweat your way through this HIIT-style workout that's heavy on the fun! Work your core like never before. Plus, all new corrective compound moves to target your total body, all while working your cardiovascular system. Equipment needed: small pillow. Optional light set of weights.

  • DAY 7: Sport Cardio Box

    This high-intensity mix of cardio kickboxing and basic athletic drills is the perfect sweat sesh. A combination of aerobic and anaerobic drills to work your heart in the best way! No equipment is necessary, but I do recommend 2 plastic cups or cones.

  • DAY 8 (BONUS): HIIT Dance, Kick & Core

    Torch calories as you sculpt your core with Dance and Kick Cardio Core – a fun, all-time fave of mine! – which incorporates dance moves with lower and higher impact exercises to keep you on your toes. Equipment needed: advanced level will need core sliders or paper plates.
