Corrective movements to give your body the best it can be! The abdomen area is stubborn because we don’t do the proper exercises. A lower belly pooch can be the culprit of bad posture, muscle imbalances or an under recruited transverse abs. We will take care of all of that in this workout! No equipment needed.

Roll & Restore
We start with rolling through the tissues, then move into longer restorative stretches. Equipment needed: tennis ball, neck tie or hand towel. If you have rolled before you can use a lacrosse ball in place of the tennis ball.
Superset Arms and Abs
8 supersets targeting the chest/back, biceps/triceps, abs/low back, front/rear deltoid. You will find basic combinations with a twist to tone up the shoulders, arms and core.
Equipment needed: one light and one heavy set of weights.
Barefoot Boot Camp
This dynamic boot camp style workout keeps you huffin' and puffin' while focusing on cardio, core, flexibility, and strength.
Equipment needed: one light set of weights, one heavy set of weights, resistance loop.
