Have you ever wanted to run a 5k, 10k or half marathon? Spark that inner athlete inside of you! Healthy leg exercises, new core challenges and cross training calendars you can pair with your running goals. We have cross-training calendars for 5k, 10k & half marathon (simply scroll to the bottom - past the 41 videos).

Special Equipment needed: 36" foam roller. Never used a foam roller? Try it, your body will love you for it!

  • Outdoor Workout (no equipment needed)

    Take your workout outdoors! I will provide 10 exercises while you get to decide if you want to incorporate 3-4 minutes of jogging in between. The video will tell you when to pause if jogging is your jam. No equipment needed!

  • Boot Camp Arms & Abs

    Alternate different upper body moves in this fast-paced boot camp style workout.

    Equipment needed: one light and one heavy set of weights.

  • Advanced Abs & Buns

    Corrective movements to give your body the best it can be! Torch your core with exercises that isolate the layers of your abdominal wall and kick your glutes into high gear. A fit ball is optional, not necessary, but recommended.

  • Core, Flex & Flow

    Improve your flexibility, while toning your core and glutes, using yoga and Pilates-based movements that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated all day long. No equipment needed.

  • Stretch: Post-Run Foam Roll

    One of the best ways to keep your muscles strong, healthy & supple! Stretch them out and break up tight tissues with the 4 post-running stretches. Equipment needed: 36" foam roller.

  • Foam Roller: Core & Flexibility

    Break up tight tissues in your legs, hips and back - this creates long, pliable muscles. Combine that with unique core exercises you've never done! This workout comes from our Ignite your Inner Athlete program.
