We combine kickboxing with barre moves for a SUPER effective full body workout! Alternate bursts of high cardio with effective toning exercises to build a healthy heart and increase metabolism. Equipment needed: a "barre" (sturdy chair of any height)
Amy and I used to teach Turbokick and Piyo at 7 women’s health clubs. We used to dance together for the NFL Rams. She is a treasure. She specializes in Pilates and Yoga with a flare. Her YMCA classes are packed (like the room is filled type-packed!) We are so lucky to have her teach Box n’ Barre. Seriously, you all will love this workout!!
