My husband and I haven’t worked out together since we were engaged. We went running and I think we both ended up running the opposite way:) Since then I don’t tell him how to exercise and he doesn’t tell me to floss my teeth.

Bring yourself, or your your husband too. No equipment is needed but you can accelerate the workout with a resistance loop (or leggings tied in a knot or a sports bra) and one set of dumbbells. This workout is for all levels!
