Grab a set of dumbbells and a sturdy chair. You will also need a broomstick or yard stick and a Theraband (an old pair of leggings work well too!)
If I just had a baby, when can I start?
In the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines it states that a woman who had a vaginal delivery and healthy pregnancy can start exercising when she feels ready. We advise you begin once you have your doctor’s permission, usually within 2 – 6 weeks post delivery. If you have a c-section, this usually occurs 6 – 8 weeks post delivery.
