In this high energy workout we combine Mat Pilates and Floorwork. We work arms & core for the first 10 minutes, buns & legs in the middle 10, and core & flexibility in the final 10 minutes.

Equipment Needed: hand towel (used for mobility work), super light dumbbells < 5 lbs.

In this Pilates workout we fire up the posterior chain (glutes and back) for the first 8 minutes, followed by a plank series, then all abs and finishing with a feel-good stretch. We use a hand towel to weave mobility in each move.
