This is an advanced workout from our Stronger series. Work all muscle groups with this circuit style, barre strength workout. Equipment needed: light and medium weights. Heavy weights are not recommended for this workout during pregnancy. *Our pregnancy approved workouts were not created for pregnancy, but they are approved to keep you in safe positions and practices during pregnancy.
