Barre workouts are wonderful during pregnancy! As with all pregnancy exercise, do not begin a new format that you did not do prior to pregnancy.

Don't let the word 'Barre' scare you. NO dance background is required! We marry great Barre moves with agility, mobility, and boxing to increase that heart rate. Did ya know that I'm a dancer?!?! I wanted to the take the best part of dance with its intense isolating muscle toning and merge that with cardio fitness = Barre Sport.
