A classic barre workout with dynamic exercises combining ballet, toning and Pilates. This workout is low impact, but choreographed to build lean muscle tissue while revving the heart rate to build a healthy heart. Equipment needed: a sturdy chair, two sets of weights - recommended 2 & 3 lb. weights (5 lbs. maximum due to high repetitions)
