An extreme challenge for your total body! This advanced circuit-style workout uses multiple muscle groups at once to challenge your fitness.
Equipment needed: one medicine ball or heavy weight. Add painters tape to create the agility lines.
PREREQUISITE: this workout must be used within our Pretty Fierce Extreme program. Each week we add layers of difficulty and different movement patterns like you see in this workout. This is an advanced workout.
