Maybe you've struck a balance with exercise, but nutrition is another story. I see it all the time...the unattainable, fully restrictive, eat-this-not-that, diet promoted as attainable. We cannot find balance that way! In 2022 balance is something we all need.
We are not going to overcomplicate it. Read 10-20 minutes a week and take that education to make 1-2 changes every week. I always, always recommend 1:1 attention with a Registered Dietitian. This one on one can help you create a good relationship with food (usually in a few sessions).
