    This high-intensity mix of cardio kickboxing and basic athletic drills is the perfect sweat sesh. A combination of aerobic and anaerobic drills to work your heart in the best way! No equipment is necessary, but I do recommend 2 plastic cups or cones.

  • Strength

    A dynamic warm, followed by a circuit style strength training workout. We will be doing 8 full body exercises then finish with a full body stretch. Equipment needed: medium weights, sliders (optional).

  • Stretch: Flex 5

    5 full body stretches! Grab a neck tie, yoga strap or towel to assist in these stretches.
