    Kick it up a notch with some advanced fitness. Stronger focuses on advanced toning, muscle splits, cardio, and flexibility. These workouts are best suited for active moms with exercise experience.

  • Strength

    A dynamic warm, followed by a circuit style strength training workout. We will be doing 8 full body exercises then finish with a full body stretch. Equipment needed: medium weights, sliders (optional).

  • Cardio Barre

    This all-impact cardio workout works both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. With bursts of hard work followed by moderate cardio moves, you will build a healthy heart while burning fat.
