Tone & Stretch! How we got here has been a life-changing experience for me. I had the privilege of going on my first mission trip this Summer with my daughters and seven other families. It was 11 days of transformational work for me personally and hopefully for those we served. It was awesome! Daily, we took a bus to the sites for our day's work. During those rides, we would talk and talk about our lives, our kids, our faith, our fitness and more. I learned a lot. And as it relates to fitness, this September's calendar is the culmination of my mission bus trips - my focus group!
The difference in this program is it doesn't include cardio intervals. Your heart rate will rev using dumbbells - purely dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. No high knees, no jumping jacks, no burpees, etc.
-All workouts are 25 minutes or less
-3 days OR 4 days per week of strength and mobility with an option to add walking days
-This calendar is for all levels, but if you’re pregnant or have diastasis recti, we suggest you focus on those programs.
