Torch and Tone II • 30m
Move through rotational and stabilizing core exercises to create a healthy core. New movement patterns -- both standing and lying down -- using a dumbbell and a resistance band. This workout is BIG on training the postural muscles and abs! We start with a dynamic core warmup and bookend this workout with 5 minutes of mobility & flexibility. Equipment needed: medium weights and Theraband (or an old pair of leggings).
