Full Body Circuit with Agility

A classic circuit workout that is sure to leave you sweaty! We utilize compound exercises to increase the challenge -- these work multiple joints and muscles simultaneously. In between each circuit we train our agility; the ability to change direction, which also helps coordination. We start with mobility and end with core, plus flexibility. You will leave this workout feeling toned, limber and less-stressed! Equipment Needs: medium weights and 3 cones (or plastic cups).
