We move through weighted barre moves, weighted boxing moves, cardio kickboxing and finish with toning moves for the core and arms. This workout is choreographed so your heart rate stays elevated throughout the entire workout.
Equipment needed: light dumbbells <5 lbs. and optional weighted gloves or 1-2 lb. dumbbells.
A combination or cardio, barre and core moves based to the tempo of music. Use light weights to increase your heart rate and advance the core moves.
