This is our 3X3 circuit workout -- sure to make you sweaty! We do 3 exercises, 3 sets, for a total of 9 exercises...tapping into those feel good hormones quickly! We increase endurance, agility, balance and strength by using multiple muscles groups in exercises. This creates a big metabolic demand.
