A dynamic warm, followed by a circuit style strength training workout. We will be doing 8 full body exercises then finish with a full body stretch. Equipment needed: medium weights, sliders (optional).
In this workout we start with dynamic core work, then move into 4 x 2 circuits to tone arms & abs. As always, we finish with a stretch! Equipment needed: light and heavy set of weights.
Target your buns and legs with 6 exercises. We will do 4 standing exercises and 2 floor exercises.
Equipment needed: resistance loop, medium to heavy weights.
This toning circuit is all about adding functional movement to the traditional upper body exercises.
