A fully encompassing workout for the lower body - strength, agility and mobility. We utilize compound exercises to increase the challenge -- these work multiple joints and muscles simultaneously. Adding agility helps when you change direction, also helps coordination. We start the workout with mobility and end with flexibility. You will leave this workout feeling toned, limber and less-stressed! Equipment Needs: heavy dumbbells, 4 cones (or plastic cups) and a sturdy couch/bench.
