Yoga poses encourage you to build balance and stability in the body. Spend 24-28 minutes 5 days a week to round out this 3-week Yoga Toning program. Or use each individual workout as you wish! Amy incorporates yoga flow and toning exercises aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. While also building core activation into your practice to strengthen your core muscles and maintain a strong and flexible spine. Complete each week with restorative yoga workouts - both meditative and relaxing. *Please note this series doesn't contain modifications for pregnant women. We will be releasing a yoga series specific to pregnant women.
