Amy incorporates yoga flow and toning exercises aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. While also building core activation into your practice to strengthen your core muscles and maintain a strong and flexible spine. Complete each week with restorative yoga workouts - both meditative and relaxing. *Please note this series doesn't contain modification for pregnant women.
