I’m so glad you’re here and checking out who we are and what we believe.
In my 30s, high cardio workouts worked. By my 40s, they left me drained and stuck. That’s why I’ve spent the last five years diving into the science of age, hormones, walking, HIIT, and strength training. The result? A method that works with your body, not against it.
We’ve helped over 80,000 women do much more than “work out.” They’ve rebuilt strength, renewed energy, and redefined what fitness means for life.
I grew up watching my mom teach fitness—she had this way of helping people feel good. That stayed with me. I earned my degree in Exercise Science, danced professionally in the NFL, and I’ve been in the fitness industry ever since.
I enjoy exercise, I love how it makes you feel. Moms Into Fitness started 20 years ago and we remain a small family business. We’ve grown to a team of 12 and have been able to serve over 80,000 moms.
Over the years, I’ve traveled the U.S. certifying instructors in Pilates and created a fitness course that is accredited through NASM and ACE.
But the real learning came through experience, especially after 40, when hormones changed the way I looked at exercise.
It sent me down a path of research about hormones, muscle, recovery, nervous system fatigue, SIT, walking.
We formed focus groups of over 2,000 women in their 40s and found the same thing over and over.
Strength training + Walking + Recovery = Results.
That’s now the heart of our Weekly Schedule:
We strength train together
You add your daily steps—with optional short sprints or weighted vest walks
Our Registered Dietitian adds nutrition tips that support real life, not rigid meal plans
Our approach is backed by science, but also by real life. 85–90% of women in our focus groups saw measurable changes in body composition, energy, and consistency.
